Park Nuclear’s reverse-engineered Fischer & Porter 55GL1155 Power Supply is designed as a drop-in replacement, ensuring complete compatibility and seamless integration.

The Fischer & Porter 55GL1155 is a specialized industrial power supply manufactured under the Fischer & Porter brand (later part of ABB’s process instrumentation portfolio). Products in the 55GL series are generally AC-to-DC power supplies used in industrial control, instrumentation, or automation equipment. The Fischer & Porter brand has historically been used for flow measurement and process control products including power supplies for instrumentation and control system.

A comprehensive Item Equivalency Evaluation (IEE) is included with the new design to support the end user’s standard equivalency review process. The evaluation compares the replacement power supply to the original unit at both the system and component levels, confirming functional and material equivalence.
