Design
Our reverse engineered unit has the same form, fit, and function as the original and is fully compatible with the existing components in the Exide 900051 & 900052 Emergency Lighting Boards.
Testing
- Tested all functionality compared to the original boards.
- Battery charge function
- Switching Load Source from AC to battery – pressing Red push button
- Switching Load source from AC to battery – disconnecting AC source
- Adjusting pot R9 for charging Battery voltage (equal to the original board)
- Adjusting pot R23 for set switch point for AC input (equal to the original board)
