Park Nuclear Launches SPARES Program to Enhance Parts Availability

Pasco, WA — Park Nuclear is proud to announce the launch of its new SPARES program — Sustainable Parts and Reliable Equipment Solutions — designed to support nuclear facilities with high-quality, pre-tested parts to improve reliability and minimize downtime.

In alignment with the INPO IER 21-4, the SPARES program ensures components are rigorously tested before installation. This proactive approach aims to reduce failure rates, extend equipment life, and optimize existing inventory — critical factors for maintaining plant performance and safety.

“Everyone needs a SPARES program,” said Patrick Jackson, Director of Business Development at Park Nuclear. “We developed this initiative to give plants peace of mind, knowing their essential parts are verified and ready to perform when needed most.”
